Structure of the SARIN Insulated Residential Roller Shutters

A new, entirely Italian patent has led to a groundbreaking residential roller shutter characterised by lightweight and robustness. With an element pitch of 77 mm, this roller shutter is designed to be easily assembled, thanks to a simplified assembly system that uses fixing rings for the shaft and connecting chains, allowing the elements to be installed to the precise size required.

The gasket system ensures an airtight seal on all four sides of the door, increasing its insulation. In addition, the shutter's characteristic one-piece construction, which is supplied pre-assembled, offers a significant reduction in installation time on site by including an integrated shutter box. This solution solves the unsightliness of ceiling guides and motors.

The functioning of the roller shutter is optimised by the sliding flag system, which acts as a bottom to the shutter box, reducing friction. In order to meet different installation requirements, a profile system was produced in profiling, which allows standard shutter boxes to be created in various sizes. The shutter is equipped with a series of three-phase 110V fast tubular motorisation with 220V power supply, ideal for doors subjected to intensive use, with no risk of overheating. The SARIN-R 77 element is specifically designed for garage doors, with a low encumbrance and low weight of 8.8 kg per square metre.

For added safety and convenience, an emergency operation system is included, which can also be operated externally with a crank handle. A further advantage is the system of transparent profiles that extend along the entire shutter, providing both light and visibility. This combination of innovation and functionality makes the shutter an excellent product for the residential environment.
