Our metal pedestrian door is particularly robust, fully galvanised and painted in RAL colours. The door leaf is honeycombed with a mineral wool panel for increased thermal and/or sound insulation. The frame is made of a remarkably strong profile ideal for large doors.
The multi-purpose door is fitted with a lock, handle and spring hinge for self-closing. The double-leaf doors are equipped with a self-locking secondary leaf system.

Fully galvanised, including the interior components, the doors are made of hot-dip galvanised sheet metal using the ‘Sendzimir’ system. This process offers effective protection against corrosion, even on the cut edges of the sheet metal.
Painting with heat-cured epoxy-polyester powders, baked at 180°, guarantees a high paint layer thickness above 70 microns. This finish gives the doors excellent corrosion resistance, as demonstrated by 500-hour salt spray tests.
The doors are also resistant to severe climatic variations, as shown by 2000-hour tests with temperature cycles between +60° and -10° and humidity at 75%.
The multi-purpose pedestrian door is a versatile and CE-certified solution for external use according to the regulation EN 14351-1.
This door features several technical performances, including wind load resistance (EN 12211), water tightness (EN 1027), thermal transmittance (EN 10077-1) and air permeability (EN 10269).
It is also designed for the application of a panic bar, making it ideal for emergency situations. Among additional features, the door also guarantees good acoustic performance (EN 14351-1).
Upon request, the doors can be customised to meet specific security requirements. Our MULTIUSO pedestrian doors can be designed to be used as panic exit doors, as emergency exit doors. To increase the security of the door, a 3-point lock is available.
This flexibility makes the multi-purpose door an excellent choice for various contexts, guaranteeing security and high performance.
Our MULTIUSO pedestrian door offers a wide range of options for customised finishes. You can opt for stainless steel or coloured handles. As standard, the door is equipped with a black plastic handle with a steel core, a steel underplate with cylinder hole, a black plastic cover plate, fixing screws and a patent-type key insert.
The standard paint finish is made of epoxy-polyester powders heat-cured in an oven at 180°, guaranteeing a scratch-resistant embossed surface structure. The standard colour is RAL 9010, but it is possible to choose from a wide selection of RAL colours for a high-quality aesthetic finish. The scratch-resistant embossed structure ensures long life and a flawless look at all times.
